If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase , you have 20 days from the shipped date to return your item(s).
To receive your refund, Item(s) must have their original receipts, tags and packaging. Item(s) must be unworn and in their original condition.
We place “Non-Returnable if Removed” tags on each piece of jewelry. Once this tag is cut, you can NO LONGER return the item(s). Please use scissors to cut the tags to prevent damage to the item(s).
Mia reserves the right to decide if the items are used or worn to not accept the return(s). If items are returned without the “Do not Remove” tags, Mia reserves the right to return the package to the sender.
Once we receive the returned package, our team will inspect the item(s) to make sure they meet our return guidelines. If approved, we will send you an email that your refund is on its way.
If Items(s) do not meet our return guidelines, you will be responsible to have them shipped back to you.
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refund. Every bank and credit card is different; so please contact your bank directly to know the exact timing of your refund.
All Shipping fees are non-refundable. All your shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. This also applies to any “free shipping” orders that have been returned.
Online Returns can NOT be processed in the brick and mortar store. The return policies are different.
All “ Final Sale” items can not be returned.
Please be sure you follow our Return Guidelines before you ship us your package to receive your refund.
To process your return:
1.) You will need to provide your: ORDER NUMBER & ZIP CODE
Please note that by using our return portal, you agree that the shipping fees will be deducted from your return. We use the lowest fare possible from USPS Standard Ground Shipping for your convenience.
2.) Once your order is found please choose the items that you are returning and the reason for your return.
3.) Click the Submit Request Button
4.) Click Print Return Label
(note: once the return label is printed, it will be deducted from your refund)
The system will not authorize a return if it is 20 days after the ship date. Please note that if the package arrives with the tags removed, or does not follow our return guidelines, the package will be shipped back to you and you will not receive a refund.
To avoid any damages in transit, all packages should be securely packaged so they arrive in good condition to issue your refund. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.
